Grants
Special grants are available to support the following types of conference expenses: travel, accommodation, registration fees, additional childcare. Only applications from participants that have submitted an abstract will be considered. Grants will be awarded based on the quality of the submitted abstract, CV and cover letter. To apply, first finalize the congress registration (link available soon) and proceed to abstract submission (abstract form can be downloaded from the registration platform). There, you will additionally be able to submit your travel grant documents, consisting of a short cover letter and CV (please note that the two documents should be sent as a single pdf).
Grant winners will be notified by the organizers around mid of May 2023.
